If you decide to return an item, please make sure it's in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a return is simple. Just reach out to us at refunds@shimuzz.com. Once approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please remember, we can only accept returns that have been authorized beforehand.

Your refund will be processed promptly in the form of Store Credit / Credit Note once our team has inspected the returned product.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation promptly to make it right for you.

Exchanges

To expedite your exchange, simply contact us via email at hello@shimuzz.com or WhatsApp us at +91 7700988179. Our team member will assist you in choosing the perfect replacement. Once you've discussed your exchange details, send the item to our Mumbai base at:

After our team inspects the returned item, your replacement will be shipped within 3-4 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. Please note, refunds are issued in the form of Store Credits / Credit Notes. Allow 3-5 days for the returned product to reach our base once it's picked up from your location.
