After discussing your size issue, all you need to do is  ship the item you have to our base at Mumbai.

Once the returned pairs are delivered to our base & inspected by our team, your replacement will be shipped to you within 3-4 business days.

Please make sure to return the pairs in the same shoe box received by you in an intact condition.
